At ISTO., we are committed to transparency and quality, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. We believe in buying less but buying better, and we want to ensure your essentials fit your lifestyle perfectly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or washing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
